The official wording of Qualification #1:
“The photograph was made from a single uninterrupted exposure.”
Qualification #1 means no blending, stitching, compositing, HDR, or other combining of any or all parts of two or more exposures for any reason — not even of two identical exposures taken a fraction of a second apart. Cloning, cutting and pasting, or transferring by any other means even the tiniest area from one photograph into another always disqualifies the latter photograph from TrustImage as well.On this website, the term “single uninterrupted exposure” refers to the period from when the recording surface in the camera is first exposed to the subject on the other end of the lens to when that period is first ended by any means (whether it be closing the shutter, putting on the lens cap, holding a hat or black card in front of the lens, smearing thick black tar onto the front surface of the lens, or any other means).
